In addition to the conventional manufacturing processes of the stator in manual or automatic lines, we are developing a technical solution for the manufacturing of stators of electric motors, considered the most efficient in the market by consuming less electricity. To this end, the stator in development, will be manufactured with a minimum Y (gap between the shoes of the blades or slot opening). This gain in electrical efficiency can be converted in cost product reduction.
