Die casting machines RotorCAST type.

The RotorOne has a modular concept and lets you add or remove the installation of dedicated machines without difficulty and adapt the line to different ranges of products. An example of concept RotorOne, built to automatically cast rotors for hermetic compressors for refrigeration, completely finished and tested, includes mainly the following items:
• Automatic load the lamination pack into the mold

• Casting system with automatic monitoring and diagnosis of each injection cycle
• Automatic ejection of runners and gates and discharge through motorized treadmills

The vertical die casting RotorL type, is produced for the manufacture of large rotor. The world's largest electrical rotors, produced in aluminum die casting machines, are made in TCS RotorcastL, the highest in this class: rotors as large as 640 mm outside diameter, with packets of laminations of 1000 mm in height and weight of aluminum with up to 140 kg are produced with a maximum cycle time of 8 minutes. The supply includes:
• machine for form and align the lamination packs
• machine to prepare the lamination packs, including a double slope, in the mandrel
• machine equipped with a automatic dosing oven of 1200 kg capacity, feeded by two melting furnaces. A fully automatic sequence includes the melting of the aluminum, transfer, dosing and injection. The accuracy in the vertical injection phase is guaranteed by a servo valve
• machines that automatically removes the process mandrel and insert the final shaft
• full handling system, cranes and monorails to move the package of laminations and rotors through the various stations of the installation
• a computerized control system with temperature control at all critical points of the cell and software to diagnose alarms and anomalies
